A nourishing body care oil blend perfect for moisturizing the skin, especially during colder weather. Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 100 ml
Ingredients:
- 100 ml almond oil
- 50 ml jojoba oil
- 30 ml coconut oil
- 10 drops of essential lavender oil
- 10 drops of essential lemon oil
- 5 drops of vitamin E
Instructions:
1. Prepare a clean glass jar to store the oil mixture.
2. Pour the almond oil, jojoba oil, and coconut oil into the jar.
3. Add the essential oils (lavender and lemon) and mix well.
4. Incorporate vitamin E and stir again.
5. Seal the jar tightly and shake gently to ensure all ingredients combine well.
6. Allow the oil to sit at room temperature for at least 24 hours before use.
7. Use the oil to moisturize your body, gently massaging it into the skin until fully absorbed.
