A comforting and nutritious kale soup that is both creamy and flavorful, perfect for a warm meal.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g kale
- 50 g butter
- 100 g white bread
- 1 liter milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
1. Remove the tough stems from the kale and rinse the leaves. Tear the kale into large pieces.
2. In a pot, melt the butter and sauté the kale for a few minutes until it begins to wilt.
3. Pour the milk into the pot and add the salt and black pepper.
4. Cut the white bread into cubes and add them to the soup.
5. Let the soup simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
6. Use an immersion blender or a regular blender to puree the soup to your desired consistency.
7. Serve the soup on its own or with fresh bread.
