Ingredients:

- 1 kg cabbage
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 potatoes
- 100 ml vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 100 ml cream (or plant-based alternative)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (e.g., parsley)

Instructions:

1. Shred the cabbage into thin strips and chop the onion and garlic.
2. Peel and dice the potatoes.
3. Heat the olive oil in a large pot and add the onion and garlic. Sauté until soft.
4. Add the cabbage and potatoes to the pot. Cook for a few minutes until the cabbage starts to soften.
5. Pour in the vegetable broth, add salt, black pepper, and thyme. Simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes until the cabbage and potatoes are tender.
6. Stir in the cream and heat for a moment. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
7. Serve warm topped with fresh herbs.
