Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 dl Jaloviina - 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 dl beef broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions:
1. Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat and add the chopped onion. Sauté the onion until soft and translucent. 2. Add the crushed garlic and cook for another minute.
3. Sprinkle the flour over the onion mixture and mix well. Cook for a moment until the flour mixture takes on a slight color.
4. Pour in the Jaloviina and stir to dissolve the flour. Let it simmer for a few minutes to allow the alcohol to evaporate.
5. Add the beef broth and soy sauce. Allow the sauce to simmer gently for about 10 minutes until it thickens.
6. Season with black pepper and stir in the chopped parsley before serving.
