Ingredients:

- 400 g pasta (e.g., penne or spaghetti)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 150 g mozzarella, diced
- 1 dl fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain, reserving some cooking water.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
3. Add cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they begin to soften, about 5 minutes.
4. Toss the drained pasta into the skillet and mix well. If needed, add a little reserved cooking water to prevent the pasta from drying out.
5. Stir in mozzarella and chopped basil. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Serve warm, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
