Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and ginger; stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, and snap peas; stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil; stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
6. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice or noodles.
