Ingredients:

- 4 salmon fillets
- 50 g butter
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4-5 small new potatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar (e.g., apple cider vinegar)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 100 ml white wine

Instructions:

1. Boil the new potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain and keep warm.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the chopped dill. Mix well and season with salt.
3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Grill the salmon on a hot grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
4. Prepare the cucumber salad: slice the cucumber into thin rounds and place in a bowl. Add sugar, vinegar, and oil. Mix and let marinate for 10 minutes.
5. Serve the grilled salmon with dill butter, boiled potatoes, and crunchy cucumber salad on the side. Pour a glass of oaky white wine to accompany the meal.
