Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g fresh spinach
- 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breast fillets and cook for about 5–7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pan and keep warm.
2. In the same pan, add the finely chopped onion and crushed garlic. Sauté for about 3 minutes until the onion is soft.
3. Pour the cream into the pan and mix well. Let the cream heat up and gently come to a boil.
4. Add the fresh spinach and grated Parmesan cheese to the cream mixture. Stir until the spinach has wilted and the cheese has melted.
5. Season with salt and pepper. Return the cooked chicken fillets to the pan and let them warm in the sauce for a few minutes.
6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Serve with rice or pasta.
