Ingredients

Crust:
- 5 cups all-purpose flour
- 0.5 cups granulated sugar
- 0.5 cups brown sugar
- 0.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 120 g butter, softened
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp cream
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Filling:
- 1.5 packs (about 340 g) plain Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 pack (120 g) sour cream
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- Strawberry jam

Instructions

1. In a bowl, combine flour, sugars, baking powder, and cinnamon.
2. Add the softened butter in pieces and mix.
3. Add the egg white, cream, and vanilla sugar. Whisk until the dough forms large clumps.
4. Press the dough evenly into the bottom of a square baking dish lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes.
6. Lower the oven temperature to 160°C (320°F).
7. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese and sour cream together. Add the sugars and lemon juice, mixing well.
8. Incorporate the egg and mix until smooth.
9. Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.
10. Add dollops of strawberry jam on top and swirl with a knife.
11. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 20-25 minutes.
12. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least two hours before slicing.
