A classic Italian pasta dish made with garlic, olive oil, and a hint of chili.

Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 60ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water and then drain the pasta.
2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced garlic and sauté until golden brown, about 2 minutes.
3. Stir in the red pepper flakes and cook for another minute.
4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan, tossing to coat in the garlic oil. If the pasta seems dry, add reserved pasta water a little at a time until you reach desired consistency.
5. Season with salt to taste and toss well to combine.
6. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
