A delicious smoked horse meat roast seasoned with salt, perfect for special occasions or a weekend treat. Preparation Time: 12 hours (includes marinating time)

Ingredients:
- 2 liters of water
- 1 piece of horse meat roast
- 2 dl sea salt
Instructions:
1. Boil the water in a pot and add the sea salt. Stir well until the salt completely dissolves.
2. Allow the saltwater solution to cool to room temperature.
3. Place the horse meat roast in the saltwater solution, ensuring it is fully submerged. Let it marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
4. Preheat the smoker to 90 degrees Celsius (194 degrees Fahrenheit).
5. Remove the roast from the saltwater solution and pat it dry lightly with paper towels.
6. Place the meat in the smoker and smoke for about 4 hours, until the meat is tender and flavorful.
