A quick and delicious vegetable stir-fry packed with flavor. Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced bell pepper, broccoli, snap peas, and carrot to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using). Stir well to coat the vegetables.
5. Drizzle with sesame oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
7. Serve the stir-fry over cooked rice. Enjoy!
