A delicious and versatile shrimp filling that pairs perfectly with baguettes, sandwiches, or salads. Preparation time is about 15 minutes plus marinating time. Serves 4.
Ingredients:
- 500 g shrimp
- 800 g Greek yogurt
- 1 can (about 200 g) crème fraîche
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 red onion
- 1 bunch dill
- ½ bunch parsley
- 3 boiled eggs
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
Instructions:
1. Thaw the shrimp according to package instructions.
2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, Greek yogurt, crème fraîche, lemon juice, chopped red onion, dill, parsley, and chopped boiled eggs.
3. Season the mixture with salt, sugar, and cayenne pepper.
4. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least two hours, preferably overnight.
5. Serve the shrimp filling with salad, baguettes, or sandwiches.
