Ingredients:

- 6 ripe tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 small onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Rinse and chop the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, onion, and garlic.
2. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
3. Blend until the mixture is smooth and velvety.
4. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and red wine vinegar. Blend again briefly.
5. Let the gazpacho chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
6. Serve cold and garnish with fresh herbs.
