Warm Smoked Salmon Patties in Rye Buns

Ingredients:
- 300 g warm smoked salmon - 1 dl cream
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp finely chopped dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Rye buns
- Spinach (fresh or frozen)
- Remoulade sauce
Instructions:
1. Flake the warm smoked salmon in a bowl using a fork. 2. Add cream, breadcrumbs, egg, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until a smooth batter forms.
3. Shape the mixture into patties.
4. Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
5. Slice the rye buns in half and lightly toast them.
6. Assemble the burgers: place the bottom half of the rye bun, add a warm smoked salmon patty, top with spinach, and drizzle with remoulade sauce. Add the top half of the bun.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
