Ingredients:

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 1 cup dried fruits (e.g., apricots or raisins)
- ½ cup honey or maple syrup
- ½ cup peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a 20x20 cm (8x8 inch) baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats, nuts, dried fruits, and salt.
3. Add the honey (or maple syrup), peanut butter, and vanilla extract to the mixture. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press down firmly into an even layer.
5. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are slightly golden brown.
6. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
