A delicious and beautifully decorated christening cake, perfect for celebrating a baby girl's special day.

Serving Size: 12-15 servings

Ingredients:

- 250 g butter
- 250 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 250 g all-purpose flour
- 1 dl milk
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Pink food coloring
- 500 g buttercream
- 100 g pink fondant (for decoration)
- Rose mold

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and flour a cake pan.
2. In a bowl, whip the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar. Gradually add this dry mixture to the batter, alternating with the milk, until smooth.
5. If desired, add pink food coloring to the batter and mix well.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and cooked through.
7. Allow the cake to cool completely before removing it from the pan.
8. Prepare the buttercream and spread it evenly over the top of the cake.
9. Roll out the pink fondant and use the rose mold to create a beautiful rose.
10. Place the rose on top of the cake for decoration.
