Ingredients:

- 400 g rhubarb
- 50 g butter
- 100 g sugar
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 100 g butter (for dough)
- 50 g sugar (for dough)
- 1 egg

Instructions:

1. Peel and chop the rhubarb into pieces about 5 cm long.
2. Melt 50 g of butter in a frying pan, then add the sugar. Add the rhubarb pieces and caramelize for a few minutes until they soften.
3. In a bowl, mix 100 g butter, 50 g sugar, and the all-purpose flour. Rub the ingredients together until the mixture is crumbly.
4. Add the egg and mix until the dough is smooth.
5. Shape the dough into a circle that fits the size of the pan.
6. Place the dough over the caramelized rhubarb.
7. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for about 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly, then invert the tart onto a plate. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
