Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g carrots
- 100 ml milk
- 100 ml breadcrumbs
- 3 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- Salt to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Peel and grate the carrots finely.
2. Chop the onion and sauté it lightly in a pan.
3. In a bowl, mix the grated carrots, sautéed onion, milk, eggs, breadcrumbs, whole wheat flour, salt, coriander, and black pepper.
4. Combine all ingredients well until the mixture is smooth.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
6. Shape the mixture into small fritters and fry them in the oil until golden brown on both sides.
7. Remove the fried fritters and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
8. Serve warm or at room temperature.
