A delightful recipe for fast no-yeast pizzas that come together without any rising time. Customize the toppings to your liking!

Ingredients:

- 3.5 dl whole spelt flour or rye flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 1.5 dl cold water
- 1.5 tbsp oil
- Tomato sauce
- Emmental cheese
- Serrano ham
- Mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 225°C (437°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add the cold water and oil, and quickly knead until a smooth, soft dough forms.
4. Divide the dough into two pieces and roll or press out two thin, round pizza bases.
5. Pre-bake the pizza bases without toppings in the oven for about 2 minutes.
6. Spread tomato sauce on the bases and top with desired toppings.
7. Continue baking in the oven for about 8 minutes, until the cheese melts and the bases are golden brown.
