A flavorful pasta salad that's even better the next day. Perfect for picnics or lunch!

Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., fusilli or penne)
- 100 ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 150 g feta cheese, crumbled
- 100 ml fresh basil, chopped

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool the pasta.
2. Prepare the dressing by mixing olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
3. Add the cooled pasta, bell pepper, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, and basil to the dressing. Mix well.
4. Allow the salad to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. The salad is delicious even the next day!
