- 100 g yogurt-curd mixture
- 100 g fresh berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1 small banana or other fruit
- 1 tbsp Berryfect blueberry powder
- Honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:
1. Begin by mixing the yogurt and yogurt-curd mixture in a bowl.
2. Add in the fresh berries and sliced banana.
3. Sprinkle the blueberry powder on top and gently mix.
4. Serve immediately and add honey or maple syrup for sweetness if desired.
