Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 4 egg whites
- 2 oranges
- 2 cups light whipped vanilla cream
Instructions:
1. Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form using an electric mixer.
2. Gradually add the sugar and vanilla sugar during the whipping process.
3. In a separate bowl, whip the vanilla cream until soft peaks form.
4. Peel the oranges and cut them into segments, removing the membrane.
5. Gently fold the whipped egg whites and orange segments into the whipped cream.
6. Divide the mousse into serving bowls and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
