Instructions:

2. Toast the whole grain bread until golden brown.
3. Meanwhile, cut the avocado, remove the pit, and mash the fruit with a fork. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Slice the tomato.
5. Spread the avocado mash on the toasted bread and top with tomato slices.
6. Peel and cut the boiled eggs in half and place them on the bread.
