A light and delicious whipped yogurt cake, perfect as a dessert despite its lightness.
Preparation Time: 20 minutes + chilling
Serving Size: 6-8 servings

Ingredients:

- 3 egg whites
- 3 tablespoons sugar or sweetener to taste
- 2 cups heavy cream (amount before whipping)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, whip the egg whites and sugar/sweetener until stiff peaks form and the mixture is glossy.
2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream and Greek yogurt together in a large bowl.
4. Carefully add the egg white mixture to the cream-yogurt mixture and fold until well combined.
5. Pour the mixture into a greased pan and smooth the top.
6. Allow the cake to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
