Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake pan.
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in a water bath or microwave.
3. Combine the melted chocolate and butter together.
4. Add the sugar and mix well.
5. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.
6. Sift in the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt, and mix until smooth.
7. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
8. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is set but still slightly moist in the center.
9. Allow to cool before serving.
