A refreshing and delicious cucumber mint yogurt that is perfect as a side dish or dip. Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cucumber- 2-3 cups Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1.5 teaspoons sugar
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Grate the cucumber coarsely.2. Drain the excess moisture from the grated cucumber using a sieve.
3. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with the grated cucumber, chopped mint, sugar, and salt.
4. Stir well and serve immediately, or let it chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
