Ingredients:
- 400 g chicken fillets
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 100 ml cream
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion and garlic cloves. Peel and dice the bell pepper.
2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing for about 3-4 minutes until soft.
3. Add the chicken fillets and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Add the bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and mix well. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika powder, and oregano.
6. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
7. Finally, add the cream and mix well. Heat for a moment and serve.
