Serving Size: 4 burgers
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef- 100 g cheddar cheese (diced)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce and tomato for filling
- Ketchup and mayonnaise for serving
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.2. Divide the mixture into four equal parts and shape each into a flat patty.
3. Take two patties and place the diced cheddar cheese in the center.
4. Cover the cheese with the other two patties and seal the edges tightly to prevent cheese from leaking during cooking.
5. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through.
6. Toast the burger buns on the grill or skillet until warm and slightly crispy.
7. Assemble the burgers by placing lettuce, tomato, and your desired sauces between the buns.
