Ingredients:
- 1 liter vanilla ice cream- 1 liter chocolate ice cream
- 200 g digestive biscuits
- 100 g butter
- 200 g milk chocolate
- 100 g marshmallows
- 50 g nuts (e.g., hazelnuts)
Instructions:
1. Crumble the digestive biscuits finely and mix with melted butter.2. Press the biscuit mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
3. Soften the vanilla ice cream slightly and pour it over the biscuit base. Smooth the surface.
4. Place the pan in the freezer for about 30 minutes, until the vanilla ice cream is firm.
5. Pour the chocolate ice cream over the vanilla layer and smooth the surface.
6. Return the cake to the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight.
7. Before serving, melt the milk chocolate and pour it over the cake.
8. Decorate with marshmallows and nuts.
9. Cut into slices and serve.
