Delicious homemade ice cream, perfect for summer days or as a treat after a workout. Preparation time is just 15 minutes, and it will be ready to freeze in about 4 hours.
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl milk
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 dl berries (e.g., strawberries or blueberries)
Instructions:
1. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
2. Gently fold in the milk, sugar, and vanilla sugar into the whipped cream.
3. Add the berries and mix until well combined.
4. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
5. Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap and place it in the freezer.
6. Allow to freeze for about 4 hours or until completely solid.
7. Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving to soften.
