Delicious chocolate muffins that are perfect for any occasion.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 12 muffins

Ingredients:

- 2 dl sugar
- 2 dl milk
- 1 dl oil
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- A pinch of salt
- Chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (160°C for fan oven).
2. In a bowl, mix together the sugar, milk, and oil.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until smooth.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips if using.
7. Divide the batter into muffin cups, filling them about 2/3 full.
8. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the tops are firm and the muffins have risen.
9. Allow to cool before serving.
