Serving Size: 10-12 servings

Ingredients

Crust:
- 125 g butter or margarine
- 75 g dark chocolate
- 2 dl sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
Filling:
- 2 dl cream
- 2½ dl Flora Vanilla
- 200 g Geisha chocolate (100 g Geisha Dark + 100 g regular Geisha)
- 200 g cream cheese
- 4 gelatin sheets
- 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

1. Cut a piece of parchment paper for the bottom of a 24 cm springform pan, leaving about 7 cm overhang. Grease the sides of the pan with margarine.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add the chocolate pieces. Stir until smooth.
3. Add sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar. Mix in the eggs one at a time. Finally, add the flour and pour the batter into the pan.
4. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes. Let cool before adding the filling.
5. Soak the base with orange juice or milk by poking holes with a fork.
6. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 5-10 minutes.
7. Whip the cream and vanilla sauce until stiff. Melt the chocolate and mix it with the cream cheese. Fold in the whipped mixture.
8. Warm 2 tablespoons of milk. Dissolve the squeezed gelatin sheets in the hot milk and add the gelatin mixture to the filling while stirring continuously.
9. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and let it set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
