A delicious and rich pasta dish combining salmon, creamy sauce, and fresh vegetables, perfect for a weekday dinner! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli) - 200 g salmon fillet
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml fish stock
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 100 g peas (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside. 2. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sautéing for about 2-3 minutes.
4. Cut the salmon fillet into pieces and add to the pan. Cook until the salmon is done (about 5-7 minutes).
5. Pour in the heavy cream and fish stock. Stir well and let the sauce simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
6. Add the peas and cooked pasta to the sauce. Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Allow to heat for a moment.
8. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh dill.
