A delicious creamy mushroom soup, perfect as an appetizer or light lunch. Full of flavor and easy to prepare!

Ingredients:
- 400 g fresh mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 200 ml cream
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Chop the onion and garlic finely.
2. Clean the mushrooms and slice them.
3. Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat and add the onions. Sauté until soft.
4. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for a few minutes until they soften.
5. Pour the vegetable broth into the pot and simmer for about 15 minutes.
6. Blend the soup with an immersion blender until smooth.
7. Stir in the cream and heat the soup again, but do not boil.
8. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
9. Serve the soup garnished with fresh parsley.
