Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) pasta of your choice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz (225g) mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are golden brown and tender.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and combined.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
7. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
