A delicious chocolate mousse cake that's easy to make and perfect for celebrations or everyday treats. Preparation Time: 4.5 hours (includes chilling)

Ingredients
Base: - 125 g butter or margarine
- 75 g dark chocolate
- 2 dl sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl all-purpose flour
Filling:
- 2 dl cream
- 2½ dl vanilla sauce (e.g., Flora Vanilla)
- 200 g Geisha chocolate (1 bar Geisha Dark and 1 bar regular Geisha)
- 200 g cream cheese
- 4 gelatin sheets
- 2 tbsp milk
Instructions
1. Prepare the Base: - Line the bottom of a springform pan (24 cm diameter) with parchment paper, leaving about a 7 cm overhang.
- Grease the lower part of the pan's sides with margarine.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, remove from heat, and add the chocolate pieces. Stir until smooth.
- Add sugar, salt, and vanilla sugar. Mix in the eggs one at a time. Finally, add the flour and pour the batter into the pan.
- Bake at 175°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes. Let cool before pouring in the filling.
- Optionally, moisten the base with orange juice or milk.
2. Prepare the Filling:
- Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water for 5-10 minutes.
- Whip the cream and vanilla sauce until fluffy.
- Melt the chocolate and mix it with the cream cheese. Gently fold in the whipped cream mixture.
- Heat 2 tbsp of milk and dissolve the soaked gelatin sheets in it. Add the gelatin mixture to the filling gradually while stirring continuously.
- Pour the filling over the cooled base and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
