This chocolate cream is a perfect filling and frosting for cakes and roll cakes. Its rich flavor and smooth texture elevate delicious pastries.

Ingredients:
- 1 dl sugar
- 0.5 dl dark cocoa powder
- 1 dl heavy cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 150 g butter
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
Instructions:
1. Let the butter and eggs reach room temperature well before preparation.
2. In a saucepan, mix the sugar and cocoa powder.
3. Add the cream and egg yolks to the saucepan. Heat the mixture to a simmer while stirring continuously.
4. Allow the mixture to cool.
5. Whip the softened butter until fluffy.
6. Gradually add the cooled chocolate mixture to the whipped butter, mixing well.
7. Incorporate the egg whites one at a time, mixing thoroughly.
8. Flavor with vanilla sugar.
9. Use the chocolate cream as a filling and frosting for cakes and roll cakes.
10. Spread the cream while soft and let it firm up in the refrigerator before serving.
