A delicious chicken pasta dish featuring tender chicken and sweet caramelized onions. Perfect for a weekday dinner.

Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta
- 400 g chicken fillets
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 200 ml cream
- 100 ml chicken or vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, then drain.
2. Cut the chicken fillets into strips and season with salt and pepper.
3. Heat the butter in a pan and cook the chicken strips until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
4. Peel and slice the onions. Add them to the pan and sauté over medium heat until softened.
5. Add the sugar to the onions and continue cooking until they caramelize.
6. Pour in the cream and broth, then add the chicken strips back to the pan and mix well. Heat for a few more minutes.
7. Stir the cooked pasta into the sauce and heat thoroughly.
8. Serve the dish garnished with fresh parsley.
