Ingredients
- 125 g butter- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp blueberry powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
Frosting
- 200 g cream cheese- 50 g butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1-2 tbsp blueberry powder (to taste)
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).2. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, blueberry powder, vanilla sugar, and salt.
5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until smooth.
6. Divide the batter evenly among muffin cups, filling them about 2/3 full.
7. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cupcakes are cooked through.
8. Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
9. For the frosting, beat the cream cheese and butter together, then add the powdered sugar and blueberry powder. Mix well.
10. Frost the cooled cupcakes with the blueberry frosting and enjoy!
