Ingredients:
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2 dl blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 dl yogurt (e.g., Greek yogurt)
- 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl.
2. Add the blueberries to the bowl with the avocado.
3. Pour in the yogurt, and if using, add honey and vanilla extract.
4. Blend all the ingredients together using an immersion blender or a regular blender until smooth and creamy.
5. Pour the yogurt mixture into serving bowls and garnish with fresh blueberries or nuts if desired.
