A refreshing autumn fruit medley that's perfect as a snack or dessert. It combines the flavors and colors of fall into a delicious mix. Preparation time is just 15 minutes. Serves 4. Ingredients:
- 2 apples
- 2 pears
- 1 cup grapes
- 1 cup lingonberries
- 1 cup nuts (e.g., walnuts)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup yogurt or vanilla sauce (optional)
Instructions:
1. Wash and peel the apples and pears. Cut them into small cubes.
2. Rinse the grapes and cut them in half.
3. Combine all the fruits in a bowl.
4. Add the lingonberries and nuts to the fruit mixture.
5. Drizzle honey over the mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon. Gently stir to combine.
6. Serve the fruit medley on its own or with yogurt or vanilla sauce.
