A deliciously marinated pork tenderloin that's perfect for a sunny dinner. Preparation Time: 2 hours (plus marinating time)
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 600-800 g pork tenderloin
- 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
Marinade:
- 6 dl water
- 0.5-1 dl coarse salt
- 2 tbsp rosemary
Instructions:
1. Prepare the marinade by mixing water, coarse salt, and rosemary in a bowl.
2. Place the pork tenderloin in the marinade and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
3. Remove the tenderloin from the marinade and pat it dry gently with paper towels.
4. Heat butter or olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Sear the pork tenderloin in the pan for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until the meat is cooked through and golden brown.
6. Allow the tenderloin to rest for a moment before slicing.
7. Serve warm with your choice of side dishes.
