Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.
3. In a bowl, whisk the sugar and eggs together until fluffy.
4. Add the melted chocolate-butter mixture to the egg mixture and mix well.
5. Sift in the flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Fold gently until combined.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the top is set but the center is still slightly soft.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving. Enjoy with whipped cream or ice cream if desired.
