- 400 g ground meat - 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 100 ml cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 100 g grated cheese
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Dice the bell pepper.2. Heat olive oil in a pan and add the onion and garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
3. Add the ground meat to the pan and cook until browned.
4. Stir in the bell pepper, crushed tomatoes, cream, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Mix well and let simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
6. Bake in the oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
7. Serve warm, for example, with a side salad.
