Ingredients:
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
3. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
4. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Combine the cooked pasta with the garlic cream sauce, tossing to coat the pasta evenly.
